Is it required to register an e-bike in the RTO?
Low speed EV specially two wheelers are RTO exempted. They are non-motorized vehicle and as per regulations, there is no need to register an e-bike. It does not require insurance, a helmet, license and registration. So, it is quite easy for people to use it on the road, but being alert and driving safely should be your first priority.
