Ola Electric will open 200 physical experience centres in the next six months.
By March 2023, Ola Electric, an Electric Vehicle manufacturer with headquarters in Bengaluru, plans to open more than 200 offline experience centres in India. With the S1 and S1 Pro electric scooters, Ola Electric entered the e-mobility market in August 2021. Despite placing a lot of money on its digital-only sales approach in the past, Ola now intends to build physical experience centers to increase sales.
Bhavish Aggarwal, the CEO of e-Ola, announced the company’s plans to open more than 200 experience centres across India by March of the coming year on the social media platform Twitter. He even mentioned the establishment of 20 such centres. According to the website for Ola Electric, experience centres there as well as in Belgaum, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi, Kolhapur, Mangalore, Pune, and Thrissur are currently open for business.
Experience centres will make our products more accessible to more individuals, claims Bhavish! The S1 or S1 Pro will be available for test drives at the nearby Ola experience centre for potential Ola customers. They will also offer financing and post-purchase support. It is important to note that this move is intended to increase Ola’s sales, which have been dropping over the past few months.
