What standards are there for electric car charging stations?
You can classify different Levels of EV charging stations. They are:
- Level 1 (120 Volt AC 12/15A)
- Level 2 (240 Volt AC 80A)
- DC charging (public charging)
- Superchargers (TESLA superchargers)
By going up the levels, the charging time reduces while you see an increase in current capacity.
